📦 When will my order ship?
Boutique items: Ship within 5–10 business days from my warehouse.
Farmasi items: Usually ship within 1–2 business days from the Farmasi USA warehouse.
JessieK direct items: Like branded merch or giveaways, please allow 3–5 business days to process before shipping.
🚚 How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it. Still need help? Email TJKnowlesLLC@gmail.com.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and more. Payment is processed securely through Shopify.
❌ Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing quickly. Cancellations or edits aren’t guaranteed, but reach out to TJKnowlesLLC@gmail.com ASAP and we’ll do our best.
📏 How do I know what size to order?
Each product includes a size guide in the description. When in doubt, size up! And feel free to message me if you need help deciding.
🧾 Do you offer returns?
Yes! Most boutique items can be returned if unworn and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Check our Refund Policy for full details.
💄 Are your beauty products safe?
All Farmasi beauty and wellness items are dermatologist-tested, cruelty-free, and meet EU and U.S. safety standards. I personally use what I share—because I don’t believe in recommending anything I wouldn’t trust on myself.
📥 I bought a digital product. Where’s my download?
You’ll get an email with your download link instantly after purchase. If not, check spam—or email me right away and I’ll resend it.
