📦 Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order. You may see different rates if your cart includes items from both U.S. and Overseas Warehouses.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link once your order is processed. Typical order processing takes 36–72 hours.
💄 FARMASI SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Farmasi Orders Are Shipped Separately from Boutique Items.
All Farmasi items are shipped directly from the company’s fulfillment center and follow their shipping structure:

Tracking details are emailed to you once the order ships

All items must be delivered to a valid U.S. address

Ships to all 50 states and Puerto Rico via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL

If an item is out of stock, you’ll receive a full refund for that item
Pickup Option (Florida only):
If you select "Order Pickup" with a Florida address, your order will be prepped in 24–48 hours and must be picked up within 3 business days. A handling fee of $3.99 applies.
Farmasi Return Policy
You may return products within 12 months if they’re in resalable condition. Refunds will be 80% of the purchase price (shipping not included).
Damaged or defective items will be fully refunded, including shipping, per Farmasi’s return procedures.
